Terms & Conditions Golden Time Trips ("we," "us," "our") operates curated group travel packages for adult travelers. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms. 1. Eligibility Golden Time Trips is strictly for travelers aged 21 and above. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo ID at any point before or during the trip to confirm age, and to deny boarding, accommodation, or participation to anyone who cannot provide it. This is not a family or minor-friendly travel service, and no exceptions will be made. 2. Bookings & Payment A booking is confirmed only once full payment (or the agreed deposit, where offered) is received and you receive a confirmation from us. Prices listed are per person and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed; confirmed bookings are locked at the price paid. All payments are processed through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card or bank details. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to our support address. Refund eligibility and any applicable cancellation fees depend on how far in advance of departure you cancel, and on the cancellation terms of our third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, transport operators), which may be non-refundable closer to departure. We will communicate the specific refund amount, if any, once a cancellation request is received. No-shows on the day of departure are not eligible for any refund. 4. Changes to the Package We may need to substitute a hotel, vendor, activity, or itinerary detail with one of comparable or better quality due to circumstances outside our control (availability, local conditions, safety, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance. 5. Traveler Conduct All travelers are expected to follow our Code of Conduct throughout the trip. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the trip, without refund, for behavior that endangers themselves or others, involves illegal activity, or seriously disrupts the group experience. 6. Travel Documents & Requirements You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport (with the minimum remaining validity required for entry to Thailand), any required visas, and for meeting all entry requirements in effect at the time of travel. We are not responsible for denied entry, missed travel, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents. 7. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost baggage before departure. Golden Time Trips is not liable for medical expenses, personal injury, illness, loss, or theft of personal belongings incurred during the trip, except where such loss is directly caused by our negligence. 8. Limitation of Liability Golden Time Trips acts as an intermediary that curates and coordinates travel arrangements with independent third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, transport, activity operators). We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your booking is limited to the amount you paid for the package. 9. Force Majeure We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government action, civil unrest, pandemic, strikes, or airline/vendor failures. In such events we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling or refund options where possible, subject to vendor terms. 10. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. 12. Contact Questions about these terms can be sent to our support email listed on the website.
