Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct Golden Time Trips runs small-group, adults-only trips. To keep the experience great for everyone, all travelers agree to the following code of conduct for the duration of the trip. 1. 21+ Only Every traveler on a Golden Time Trips departure must be 21 years of age or older on the date of departure. Valid photo ID may be checked at any point during the trip. 2. Respect for the Group Treat fellow travelers, our trip leads, local staff, and vendor partners with respect. Harassment, discrimination, unwanted physical contact, or any form of bullying will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund. 3. Alcohol & Substances Responsible enjoyment of alcohol where legally permitted is fine — this is part of the experience for many of our trips. However, travelers are expected to know their limits and never let alcohol or any substance put themselves, other travelers, or locals at risk. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the trip without refund, with no support from Golden Time Trips regarding any resulting legal consequences. 4. Punctuality Group activities, transfers, and departures run on a schedule. Repeated lateness that disrupts the group's itinerary may result in travelers being left behind for that activity; Golden Time Trips is not responsible for arranging alternate transport in such cases. 5. Local Laws & Customs You are responsible for following the local laws of Thailand and respecting local customs at all times. Golden Time Trips is not responsible for legal consequences resulting from a traveler's actions. 6. Personal Belongings Look after your own belongings, travel documents, and valuables. Golden Time Trips and its vendor partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. 7. Photography & Shared Content Group photos and videos may be taken during the trip for Golden Time Trips' marketing use. Let your trip lead know before departure if you'd prefer not to be included, and we'll respect that. 8. Right to Remove a Traveler Golden Time Trips reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip — without refund — for conduct that endangers themselves or others, involves illegal activity, or seriously disrupts the group experience, in line with our Terms & Conditions. 9. Health & Safety Follow the safety guidance given by your trip lead and local vendors (transport, water activities, excursions, etc.). If you have a health condition that may require accommodation during the trip, let us know at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly. By booking with Golden Time Trips, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Code of Conduct.
